Allergies

So I'm on Zyrtec this year. Up until a week ago I was all about it. No summertime allergy issues at all. Then, last week it started. The constant pressure behind my eyes. Waking up totally stuffed up and unable to breathe correctly. Walking around with my senses dulled, and feeling like my head is on a string. My eyes itch. Yes, my eyeballs itch. I want to scratch them. My ears 'pop' constantly. I don't sleep well, which makes me cranky. Well, more cranky.

I need something, anything that will help. Any suggestions? What do you take for your allergies?
