I can't believe this is the sex education 1/3 of American teenagers are getting. This is just absurd; "The federal government is spending $167 million this year to spread that abstinence-only message. And there’s a law that says that for a program like Silver Ring Thing to receive government funding, it must not talk about the health benefits of using condoms -- only about how they fail."
I can think of a few way to better spend $104 billion. NASA and G.W. can't though. Looks like we're going back to the Arizona dessert, er I mean the moon. YAY!
